    I enjoyed the hotel, it's modern and the location is particularly good in the middle of jackson. Location: the venue was not far from the restaurant as well as the beach. I was happy to find La Concha, it was relatively close to the hotel and served nice food

    Pool hours should extend beyond 10 PM!!! The loud beach band interfered with relaxation, particularly noticeable late in the evening. Keep an eye on shower drainage and ensure hot water availability for guest comfort!!!

    Beautiful ocean views from the room.

    The air conditioning was a struggle at night. The lowest setting was 22°C. I ended up having to leave the balcony door open was nice, but it let in some noise due to the ocean sounds. My sleep was affected by the humidity, and I wished I had a refrigerator and a microwave for convenience.

    Fine ocean views and friendly service

    The staff were helpful and attentive, we felt welcome throughout our stay. The location was perfect, right on the beach. I would have appreciated more variety in the dining options, as the buffet became a bit repetitive over the week.

    Couples seeking a nice getaway

    We had a clean room with a great view, and the staff was always available to help with whatever we needed. It reminded me of the service I received back in the lab, you know what I mean? They were just on top of everything.

    It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but I guess you pay for the experience.

    Every evening, we drifted off to sleep with the ocean's gentle lullaby. The staff were like family, always ready with a smile.

    The air conditioning only cooled to 72°F. The wish for a small refrigerator remained unmet.

    The dining experience was a fiesta! The buffet offered a fantastic variety that never felt repetitive. Breakfast was always a delight! Plus, the location right on the beach made it so easy to grab a drink while soaking up the sun.

    While the amenities were a bit tight and the activities had the same flavor every day, it didn't dull our vibe too much. The kids club needs a makeover. It felt more like a playroom than a true kids' retreat.

    Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous.

    The views from my Beautiful Room Double Ocean View were amazing, with the sun setting over the ocean each night-a perfect backdrop for relaxation. I loved starting my day with a refreshing swim in the heated infinity pool while being just steps away from the beach! The staff? Seriously, always remembering my name.

    Great location! 🌴 My kid and I really enjoyed our stay at this place. It was super convenient - close to all the spots we wanted to check out. We could easily walk to the nearby restaurant and the beach was just a stone's throw away.
